Registrations Needed to Apply for Recovery Act Broadband Funds

There are two parts to the application process.  You will be required to enter your application data and also, for Infrastructure grants, to draw your proposed service areas.  In order to ensure the security of your information when completing these two tasks, you will be required to obtain credentials by registering for identification.

To enable you to enter application data online, registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will be required. This ensures the validity of the digital signature.

To enable you to draw the proposed service areas for Infrastructure grants, registration for a Level 1 eAuthentication ID will be required.
